Our AS and BTEC students are currently taking part in the ‘Take the Stage’ initiative at the Donmar. They will be working with a practitioner over the next month and creating a piece in response to Les Liasons Danegereuses. Students will then get to perform this piece on the Donmar stage in front of an audience which includes the cast and creative team from the production.

Our AS students enjoyed a thought provoking Launch day at the Donmar Rehearsal space yesterday working on extracts from Les Liaisons Dengereuses. They were then given an incredible opportunity to visit ‘The Wallace Collection’ in the afternoon and view/handle some of the artefacts from that period of history. In the evening the students went to see the sell-out production at the Donmar with Dominic West and Janet Mcteer. The students had a wonderful day and I am very excited to see their work up on the Donmar stage at the beginning of February. Only 4 weeks to go ladies and gents!!
